Just install this firefox add-on, sign up, choose your interests.
Now open an empty tab. Click Stumble! (it will be in your toolbar once you installed it) and check the page it gets you according to your interests.
You can vote as well and the pages you like are saved to a favorites list.
You can mail it to a friend, check other channels and many other options.
Also it has some kind of community where you have friends and stuff.
